Description of Services

ePoint AI LLC ("ePoint AI," "we," "us") provides a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform for AI-powered communication and automation, including voice agents, chat agents, workflow automation, CRM integrations, APIs, and related professional services. Services are delivered via epointai.com and associated applications.

  • AI voice and chat agents for inbound and outbound communication
  • Workflow automation (appointments, invoicing, support, lead nurturing)
  • CRM and third-party integrations (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Salesforce, Zoho, Stripe, Twilio, and others)
  • Subscription plans with one-time setup fees and recurring monthly billing
  • API access and usage-based credits where applicable
  • Onboarding, optimization, and enterprise support tiers

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into binding contracts to use our services. Services are intended for business and professional use. You represent that your use complies with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

Account Registration

To access paid features you must create an account with accurate information, maintain the security of your credentials, and notify us promptly of unauthorized access. We may suspend accounts with false or misleading registration data.

Subscription Terms

Pricing, billing frequency, and plan inclusions are published on our Pricing page in USD. Setup fees are one-time charges; monthly or annual subscription fees recur according to your selected plan.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. To cancel, go to Settings → Billing → Cancel subscription before your renewal date.

Free Trial Terms

Free Trial Terms: Where a free trial is offered, the trial period is 14 days from the date of account activation. A valid payment method is required to begin the trial. If you do not cancel before the end of the 14-day trial period, your selected subscription plan will begin automatically and your payment method will be charged the applicable monthly rate. You may cancel at any time during the trial period at no charge by visiting Settings > Billing > Cancel Subscription.

Acceptable Use

You may use ePoint AI only for lawful business purposes consistent with our Acceptable Use Policy. Prohibited uses include spam, illegal content, fraud, hate speech, unauthorized resale, and harmful deepfakes.

Prohibited Activities

  • Sending unsolicited bulk messages or spam
  • Generating illegal, defamatory, or violent content
  • Creating deepfakes or impersonations without consent
  • Circumventing security or abusing APIs
  • Reselling services without written authorization
  • Using outputs to deceive, manipulate, or harm third parties

Intellectual Property

ePoint AI retains all rights in the platform, software, and branding. You retain ownership of content you submit. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you receive a limited license to use AI outputs for your internal business purposes. We may use aggregated, de-identified usage data to improve our services.

AI Output Disclaimer

Content generated by ePoint AI's artificial intelligence is for informational purposes and may contain errors or inaccuracies. It does not constitute legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ePoint AI's total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the services is limited to the total fees you paid to ePoint AI in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ePoint AI, its officers, directors, and employees from claims arising from your misuse of the services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for material breach, fraud, or legal requirements. Upon termination, your access ends and we will delete or retain data per our Privacy Policy. You remain responsible for fees incurred before termination.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Orange County, Florida, except where prohibited by law. Either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property violations.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email at least 14 days before the effective date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
