Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refund Eligibility Window

New subscribers are entitled to a full refund within 30 calendar days of their first purchase date.

What Is Refundable

  • First-time setup fees within the 30-day window
  • First monthly subscription charge within the 30-day window
  • Annual plans: prorated refund for unused full months after the eligibility window, at our discretion
  • Duplicate charges verified by our billing team

What Is NOT Refundable

API credits already consumed, one-time configuration fees after deliverables are completed, and free trial periods are non-refundable under any circumstances.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email billing@epointai.com with subject line "Refund Request"
  2. Include your account email and transaction or invoice number
  3. Describe the reason for your request
  4. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method

How to Cancel Your Subscription

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Go to Settings → Billing
  3. Click Cancel subscription
  4. Confirm cancellation

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within the current period.

Duplicate Charges

Accidental duplicate charges will be refunded promptly once verified. Contact billing@epointai.com.

Service Outages

If a platform outage prevents use for more than 24 consecutive hours, you may request a proportional credit or refund by contacting billing@epointai.com.

Before Filing a Chargeback

Please contact us at billing@epointai.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Most billing issues are resolved within 48 hours.
