Third-Party AI Infrastructure & Data Processors
To deliver our AI voice agent and automation services, ePoint AI uses the following categories of third-party technology providers that may process your data and your customers' data:
- AI Language & Voice Processing Providers: Services that power natural language understanding and voice synthesis
- Telephony & Communication Providers: Services that facilitate voice calls, SMS, and messaging delivery (including Twilio)
- CRM Integration Partners: HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Salesforce, Zoho, and other platforms as configured by the client
- Payment Processing: Stripe, Inc.
- Cloud Infrastructure: Servers and storage providers
Each of these providers operates under their own privacy policy and data processing agreements. By using ePoint AI, you consent to data processing by these providers as necessary to deliver our services.
Enterprise clients may request a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) by contacting support@epointai.com.
Third-Party Service Providers
We share data with trusted processors only as needed to operate our services:
- Stripe, PayPal, Square — payment processing (when enabled)
- Google Analytics — website analytics (with consent where required)
- OpenAI, Anthropic, and other AI model providers — processing user prompts and generating outputs
- Email and CRM providers — transactional and marketing communications
- Cloud hosting and infrastructure providers — data storage and delivery
ePoint AI does not store credit or debit card numbers. All payments are processed directly by our PCI-DSS certified payment processors (Stripe, PayPal).

Data Retention
- Account data: retained while your account is active and up to 90 days after closure
- Billing records: retained 7 years for tax and legal compliance
- Usage logs: typically 12–24 months
- Support communications: up to 3 years
- AI conversation logs: per your plan settings, typically 30–365 days
Security Measures
We implement encryption in transit (TLS/HTTPS), access controls, and industry-standard safeguards. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
Children's Privacy
ePoint AI is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under that age.
Policy Changes
We will notify you by email of material changes to this policy before they take effect.
