1. Digital Services and Non-Tangible Products

Epoint AI provides access to digital tools, software, and subscription-based AI services.
Since these are intangible and instantly accessible upon purchase, all sales are generally final once access has been granted.

However, we do consider refund requests under certain limited circumstances (see Section 2 below).


2. Eligibility for Refund

You may request a refund only if:

3. Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel your recurring subscription at any time through your account or by contacting support.

  • If canceled before the next billing cycle: You will not be charged further.

  • If canceled after renewal: The current billing cycle will remain active until it ends; refunds will not be issued for unused time.

  • Payment method used

  • A short explanation of the issue

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

If you purchased a service or subscription through a third-party platform (such as an app store or payment partner), please refer to their refund policies.
Epoint AI cannot process refunds made through third-party vendors directly.
